FAQ

Common questions.

Straight answers, no jargon. If yours isn't here, just ask.

01 What is a security audit?

A structured assessment used to identify security weaknesses, gaps, and areas where controls or configurations may need improvement — across your website, application, infrastructure, or general security practices.

02 What is penetration testing?

Penetration testing is authorized, controlled security testing designed to identify vulnerabilities and demonstrate where an attacker might be able to gain unauthorized access or impact your application — always within an agreed scope.

03 Do you test websites and web applications?

Yes. Web applications can be assessed for security weaknesses depending on the agreed scope and testing requirements.

04 Do you build websites?

Yes. I build sites and stores with Tailwind, Supabase, and Paystack, with security treated as a default from day one rather than added afterward — server-side payment verification, proper access rules, and no secrets exposed in frontend code.

05 Can you test a website I already have?

Yes — that's the most common starting point. I'll need explicit authorization from the site's owner before any testing begins, and we'll agree on scope together first.

06 How much does penetration testing cost?

There is no public fixed price. Pricing depends on scope, application complexity, testing requirements, and the engagement. Share your requirements — and your budget if you have one — and I'll provide a quote.

07 Do you guarantee that a website will be completely secure?

No — and anyone who promises 100% security isn't being honest with you. No system is fully secure forever. What I can do is identify known weaknesses at the time of testing, help you fix them, and build with security as a default rather than an afterthought.

08 How do I get started?

Submit the contact form with your requirements, and I'll review the project details and determine the appropriate next step.

Authorized testing only

All penetration testing and security assessments must be explicitly authorized by the owner or authorized representative of the system being tested.
